These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Teeba and its services. By creating an account and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

These Terms outline your rights and responsibilities as a user, as well as important disclaimers, liability limitations, and subscription policies. Please read them carefully before using Teeba.

User Agreements and Account Security

Accuracy and Ownership of Data: Each account on Teeba is intended for use by a single individual or entity as specified at the time of registration. Users may not share, transfer, or allow any third party to access their login credentials.
Unauthorized Access: You agree to take all necessary steps to secure your account credentials, including but not limited to safeguarding passwords and using secure authentication methods. If Teeba detects or reasonably suspects unauthorized access, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account without notice.
Multiple Users Require Separate Accounts: If your organization requires multiple users, you must obtain individual accounts for each user. Shared access, group logins, or credential pooling is strictly prohibited.
Reporting Unauthorized Use: If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must immediately notify Teeba at support@teeba-calculator.com. Failure to report unauthorized access in a timely manner may result in suspension or termination of your account.

User-Provided Data and Liability Disclaimer

Accuracy and Ownership of Data: The user is solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, and appropriateness of any data, information, or content (collectively, "User Data") submitted, uploaded, or otherwise provided to Teeba through the Teeba platform.
No Responsibility for User Data: Teeba does not validate, verify, or endorse any User Data, nor are we responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in such data.
System Errors and No Warranty: While Teeba strives to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our service, the platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or error-free nature of calculations, reports, analytics, or any other output generated by the platform. Any reliance on such outputs is at the user's own risk.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teeba shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, business, or profits, arising from:
- (a) errors, bugs, or malfunctions in Teeba;
- (b) inaccurate or incomplete calculations, reports, or data processing;
- (c) interruptions, delays, or failures of the platform; or
- (d) the use or inability to use Teeba, whether caused by Teeba or third-party integrations.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Teeba, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:
1. your use of the platform;
2. your submission of User Data;
3. any breach of these Terms of Use; or
4. (d) any reliance on system-generated outputs.

Disclaimer of Warranties

No Warranty on User-Provided Data
- Teeba makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or usefulness of any data, reports, or outputs generated based on User-Provided Data.
- You acknowledge that Teeba processes data as provided by you, and the accuracy of outputs is solely dependent on the accuracy of the information you submit.
No Warranty on Platform Performance
- Teeba is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Teeba does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities.
User Assumption of Risk
- Any reliance on data, calculations, or reports generated by Teeba is at your own risk.
- Teeba shall not be liable for decisions, losses, or damages resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or erroneous data inputted into the system.

Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Billing and Auto-Renewal:
- Teeba operates on a month-to-month subscription basis
- Subscriptions are billed on a rolling basis, meaning your renewal date is based on the date of initial enrollment (e.g., if you subscribe on the 15th, your next billing date will be the 15th of the following month).
- Unless canceled prior to the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew for an additional billing cycle, and the applicable fees will be charged to your selected payment method.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@teeba-calculator.com.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to Teeba until your subscription period expires, but no further charges will be applied.
- We do not offer refunds or prorated credits for unused portions of a subscription period.
Effect of Cancellation
- Once your subscription period ends, your access to the platform, including reports, files, and any stored data, will be suspended.
- If you choose to reactivate your subscription, access will be restored, but we do not guarantee indefinite storage of past reports or data.
Changes to Subscription Terms
- Teeba reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, billing practices, or features at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance via email or platform notifications. Continued use of Teeba after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
